As realtors, we must reach those out-of-state and international buyers. The digital presentation of the property needs to be top-notch: excellent professional photos, including drone photography, a well-written detailed description, attachments such as a Special Feature List, Floor plan, and Survey within the MLS (which can be provided to an interested buyer by their realtor), and a video tour. A well orchestrated home video tours help buyers to feel as though they have visited the property in person.
